March 15, 2022 Newsletter

Welcome! As we send our March newsletter it’s really starting to feel like spring and that’s exciting! Our work supporting the community has kept us busy enough that winter seemed to go by quickly, which I think we can all appreciate.

This week we wrapped up our community conversations, a key piece of our UWGCV strategic planning process. Through four conversations, we were able to gain valuable and honest feedback from community members about the work we do. Historically, our leadership (Board of Directors, staff, and Advisory Council Chairs) has heavily utilized this feedback to guide our strategic plan. Thanks to those of you who attended. If you were not able to attend, look out for a survey early next week that will allow you to provide feedback in written form. If you don’t receive it, let me know and I’ll make sure you get it!

As we move into spring, we have a few upcoming events to keep on your calendar.

Thank you all for your continued support of our work at United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley. Happy Spring!

Sincerely,

Andrew Neborak
Executive Director, United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley
