Vendor Agreement & Registration
Remember Taste of the Valley?
Yeah - we do too and we miss it, a lot.
We're curating and refreshing that well attended event and calling it "Bites & Brews - A Taste of the Valley". Our priority for this event is to focus on showcasing the heart of our communities. We want to share the incredible diversity within the Chippewa Valley through local talent, art, food, and beverage vendors. We want to ensure this event's revamp is tailored to share United Way's impact alongside the partners we collaborate with to achieve that impact (of course, all paired with delicious bites and brews too).
We're looking for 15 - 20 unique businesses to join us Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00am - 6:00pm at High Country (Eau Claire Event District).
Here are the logistics you need to know:
- You'll provide 1 sample of your best dish
- $150.00 to participate $100.00 for electric hookup (first come, first serve = 8 Slots Total)
- $10.00 max. for food & beverage items (1 ticket = $10.00)
- You keep 100% of sales however, anything donated can be tax deducted - so please keep that in mind!
