Annual Budget & Revision
As part of our Annual Progress Report (APR) process, organizations are required to submit updated budget information to ensure program funds continue to be used as intended.
Organizations with fiscal years ending between January and July and who have a completed budget by the end of July APR deadline may submit their current budget as part of the APR.
Organizations whose fiscal years end between July and December, or those that did not have a finalized budget at the time of the APR submission, must complete a budget revision once their current budget is finalized.

Annual budget updates allow us to monitor that funding is being spent appropriately and continues to support the program as outlined. Because this funding is unrestricted, budget revisions are generally required only once per year, unless budget or financial concerns are identified during the APR review process.
