Bi-County EFSP Application

All applications and budgets are due by April 12, 2024.

DUNS numbers are now obsolete. You MUST have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. If your agency had a DUNS number, a UEI was assigned to your organization and you may be able to access it by visiting the System for Award Management or the Federal Service Desk. For more information, visit either site. If an agency does not have a UEI, it can be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management. Without a UEI, applicant agencies cannot receive EFSP funding.  Please note that the EFSP National Board did not assign UEIs to replace DUNS.

Programs must be established. These funds cannot be used as seed money or for start-up costs.

If you have questions, please contact Kelly Christianson at kchristianson@uwgcv.org or 715-834-5043.
