Application Review Team | United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley

Review applications to:
- Determine alignment with the Community Action Plans or Basic Needs Funding Guidelines
- Evaluate program management and operations
- Assess program activities and their potential for achieving stated outcomes
- Ensure that appropriate procedures are in place for measuring achievement
- Complete Program Evaluation Forms, to document ratings
Expectations:
- Complete and sign UWGCV Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest forms
- Work cooperatively with UWGCV staff to accomplish the work described above
- Make objective, informed decisions based on review of written information
Attend at least one evaluator training session
